GAZPACHO

GAZPACHO

Ingredients:

  • 8 tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 small green pepper, seeded
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • dash of tobasco
  • salt and pepper to taste
