MANDEL BREAD

MANDEL BREAD

Ingredients:
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • sliced almonds (in the dough)
  • cinnamon (on top)
  • bit of vanilla extract and powdered ginger
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool 3-4 minutes. Cut and re-bake to brown for 5-10 minutes.
